Fig, Hazelnut and Chocolate Energy Balls

 12 balls  10 min prep, 10 hr cooling  46.6g / ball

Hazelnut and chocolate: can we have a better pairing? I don’t think so… These balls are perfect on a ski trips or winter hike.


  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 1 cup dried figs
  • 1 cup roasted hazelnuts
  • ¼ cup cocoa


  1. Combine all ingredients in food processor.
  2. Blend until it reaches the desired texture. This can take a few minutes.
  3. Roll dough into balls.
  4. Chill for at least 1 hour.
  5. Wrap individually.
  6. Enjoy!


Keep them in the fridge or even freeze them for better conservation!
