Perfect sweet and salty combination to finish a backpacking day!
- ¼ tsp. sea salt
- 3 tbsp. (45 ml) instant caramel pudding mix
- 3 tbsp. (45 ml) powdered skim milk
- 2 biscottis (optional)
- Bowl to eat (you could always eat directly in the bag, no judgement here!)
- Spork or spoon
- Mix in plastic bag #1: sea salt, pudding mix and powdered skim milk.
- Pack the biscotti in a separate bag or container.
- Add ½ cup (125 ml) of cold water to bag # 1.
- Mix well by shaking the bag for a few minutes.
- Wait for at least 1 hour for the mix to thicken up. Put in a cool place (shade, cold creek) if needed to help thickens.
- Eat with biscottis
