Overnight trips are perfect for backpacking novices and for experienced (and busy) outdoor adventurers. Here are 3 menus to help you plan your next overnight trip.
Let’s consider that the breakfast of day 1 and dinner of day 2 are eaten at home or on the road.

Menu 2: The Vegetarian

- Shrimp and Rosé Sauce Pasta
- Dark chocolate squares
Day 2 Breakfast

- Seasoned canned tuna in tortilla wrap
